WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?

Once you have placed on order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order information and payment options within 24 hours. Upon receipt of payment, Juicemonsters.ca will ship your order and provide you with the tracking number. No minimum orders. Contact us if you have any more questions.

WHERE AND HOW DO YOU SHIP?

  • We ONLY ship to Canada
  • All orders are shipped Canada Domestic (no customs)
  • All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment
  • We do not ship anything on weekends or holidays
  • All orders are shipped through Post Canada, with a tracking number provided
  • Shipping times are 1-3 business days
  • No signature is required on orders shipped
  • We ship to PO Boxes
  • Shipping cost is $20 per order and free on orders over $350

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment options available are; Email Money Transfer (EMT) or Western Union. You can use your Credit Card to pay for the Western Union transfer on their online site if you prefer.

BULK DISCOUNTS

Yes, we offer bulk reseller discount. Please contact us for details with your specific request. We are always more than willing to work with you and any needs that you may have.

Q: Do you price match?

A: Absolutely. If you find another site selling their products for cheaper we will beat their price by 10%.

Q: Why am I not receiving JuiceMonsters.ca emails?

A: Always check your junk/spam folder. Orders or emails from hush mail will ignored.

Q: How do we ship?

A: We only ship express post at a cost of $20 flat rate with 1-3 business days deliver, and all orders over $350get free shipping.

Q: What if Canada Post loses my package?

A: Once your package is in the mail and you’ve been provided with a tracking number we no longer accept responsibility for what happens to it. Having said that it’s a very rare occurrence, since legally domestic packages are not allowed to be x-rayed and your shipment is well wrapped in discreet packaging.

Q: I gave JuiceMonsters.ca the wrong mailing address?

A: We will not take responsibility for your mistake, make sure you double check all information you send us, as we will not be able to retrieve any lost packages. The return address on the package is just for decoration.

Q: Is a signature required to receive the package?

A: Not unless you request it.

Q: Why didn’t I receive payment instructions?

A: Please check your spam/junk folder.

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: We have no minimum order, but we do have bulk discounts. It is always beneficial to order more at the same time.
